Ihave PC Notebook Laptop named as Dell Lattitude D620 with 2 brand new batteries. it was running fine on windows XP.Then i upgraded it to windows 8 and it was also working fine on windows 8 but whn i upgradedto windows 8.1 it started making issues on battery.First thing happened that it was not picking up the charging .whenever i plugged in ac adapter to charge,the battery indicator showed
